Our staff receive thorough training, have regular achievement assessments and work to fully comprehensive cleaning schedules.

All aspects of Health and Safety are covered during staff induction and staff are brought fully up-to-date with latest legislation

First Line Group Services has its own Health and Safety Policy and codes of practice.

Overalls and any necessary protective equipment are provided, together with colour coded cloths and equipment for the prevention of cross infection between areas.

COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Risk Assessment checks are made for each contract, with staff being made aware of and have a full understanding of the comprehensive documentation relating to these checks.
Risk Assessments on other potential hazards are made so that staff are aware, thus avoiding accidents in the workplace.
All electrical equipment used by our cleaners has a thorough safety check every 12 months.
